We want to thank everyone who attended our Live HIPAA Training for Medical Couriers this past Friday. We had close to 50 students join the session, and the conversations, questions, and participation made it a great training event.
Medical couriers play an important role in healthcare. Whether transporting lab specimens, medical records, supplies, medications, or other healthcare-related materials, couriers are often trusted with sensitive information and items connected to patient care. That is why HIPAA training is so important for anyone working in this field.
During the live HIPAA training, we covered key HIPAA responsibilities for medical couriers, including patient privacy, secure handling, confidentiality, real-world courier risks, and the importance of protecting information during pickup, transport, and delivery.
We also appreciated the great conversations from attendees. Many of the questions showed how seriously medical couriers take their responsibility to protect patient information and support healthcare organizations.
As part of this training, everyone who attended will receive both a digital HIPAA training certificate and a HIPAA Training Certificate Wallet Card. If you attended Friday’s course, you can expect your wallet card to arrive in the next few days via UPS. Please remember to wear it to show your training certificate and dedication to the medical courier industry.

The wallet card is designed to give medical couriers a simple way to show that they completed HIPAA training. It can be carried on the job and used as a professional reminder of the importance of protecting patient privacy.
We will be offering a few more HIPAA Training for Medical Couriers and Beginner HIPAA Training courses this summer. These live sessions are designed for medical courier professionals, delivery teams, independent contractors, logistics companies, and organizations that handle healthcare-related deliveries.
Thank you again to everyone who attended. We appreciate your participation and your commitment to protecting patient privacy.
