We're letting you know about a temporary delay affecting some emails sent from HIPAA Training US today, June 4, 2026.

What's happening
Our email delivery provider is currently experiencing a service disruption that is slowing down outgoing email across their network. As a result, some certificate confirmation emails and notifications sent this afternoon may arrive later than usual.
This is an issue on our provider's side, not a problem with your training, your account, or your certificate. Emails are still being accepted and queued — they are simply taking longer than normal to reach inboxes while the provider works through the backlog.
What this means for you
Your certificate is already issued. If you completed your training today and haven't received your certificate by email yet, there's nothing you need to do — and no need to retake the course.
You can retrieve and verify your certificate at any time:
- Go to our certificate verification page
- Enter your name and the email address you registered with
- Your certificate will be available to view and download
Delayed emails are expected to be delivered automatically once the provider's service is fully restored. You do not need to re-enter your information or complete the training again.
What we're doing
We're monitoring the situation closely and will update this notice as the issue is resolved. Normal email delivery is expected to resume shortly.

It appears that email services have resumed. Emails that were suppose to be delivered around 5:00 PM until now are now going out. We will continue monitoring activity.
